As a first-time customer, I called to inquire about making an appointment, and I was met with an incredibly rude response from the person who answered the phone. There was no professionalism or courtesy—just a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. Needless to say, they’ve lost a potential customer. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this business failed to make a good one. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. First time visiting the Porterville office. I was extremely impressed with the comfortable waiting room and the nice personnel there. I was saddened to find out that the doctor will no longer be coming to the valley. He has worked on me in Hanford as well as now Porterville. This is for the Moe’s procedures that he does.( Not sure of spelling of the procedure) We are so lucky to have this type of healthcare in the valley thank you!
