Nellie is the best! I got Botox before my wedding this past June, and Nellie was absolutely phenomenal to work with. This was my first time getting Botox done, but Nellie made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She is very good at what she does. 10/10 highly recommend! The staff in the office were friendly and helpful, plus the lobby was decorated so well I wish my house could look as good as the office. 424 Cosmetic Dermatology has many other services as well and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
