I had an excellent experience with Monique, my asthetic nurse. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, address all my concerns, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. Monique's attention to detail and skillful technique resulted in a natural and refreshed look, exactly as I had hoped. Her friendly demeanor and commitment to providing high-quality care made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Monique to anyone considering Botox treatments.
I am giving two stars to the two employees who make my time and money enjoyable. I have been purchasing services since their location was Ontario Medical Weight Loss and followed and continued through their transition to Eleven19 from botox, injections, facials, and weight loss supplements. Over the years, I have referred friends and family, and there have been discrepancies with services purchased, but we were able to clear them up and conclude. Many of these discrepancies had to do with the amount of money spent from gift certificates that were no longer valid, or money not spent, and not applying the $50 deposit to services rendered. I looked past all of these and stayed loyal, but I will be taking my business elsewhere after today. I had initially booked a Hydrafacial for this past Tuesday (online and deposit paid) but was unable to make it due to my grandfather having a stroke and being hospitalized. I went online and rebooked my appointment my appointment for today (6/6) and paid the deposit again, so now I should have a credit of $100. Upon checkout, I was told I forfeited my deposit because I had not canceled it 24 hours prior. I had texted them to cancel (since they texted me to confirm, reschedule, etc), but I had texted the automated number. I explained that my grandfather had a stroke THAT MORNING, and I was unable to make it. Not to mention, how am I supposed to predict a stroke? I asked the on-site provider to make an exception for extenuating circumstances just this once, as I have never missed an appointment in the 10+ years I have been coming. She brushed me off and said it was their policy. So, since they only care about my money, I will take it elsewhere. Thank you, Alexis, Catherine, and Ghinna (she no longer works here, and now I understand why) for consistently providing outstanding botox, facials, and fillers.
CELINA CRAIG is the BEST injector. If your nervous scared or have any questions she will make you feel SO comfortable and has the lightest touch! She is an amazing injector I have been going to her for a year or two now! I highly recommend her! Don’t be scared! She is amazing!
I honestly had no intention of making a public review, but since my emailed concerns and complaints went without acknowledgement for weeks, I will leave this as something to consider for others. I was quoted one price for a chemical peel, then AFTER the service, was charged $100 more. When I realized what happened and asked about it, the nurse said the peel she chose to use was the better option for my skin, so that’s what she went with. This would not have been an issue AT ALL, as I would defer to his/her expertise and want to do what would most compliment my skin, IF that had been explained to me (and approved by me) before the service was completed. I was told in the aftermath that a more expensive peel was used. They do not list prices on their website, nor did anything state there may be variation in prices. I did my due diligence by contacting them ahead of time to confirm prices before I scheduled an appointment. What I found even more mind blowing was that the nurse took the time before the actual scheduled service to tell me all the other services she felt my face needed and the discounts she could offer if I would purchase them in a bundle. I find it confusing that I was given extremely transparent information about the services I asked nothing about, but was given minimal and vague information about what I was actually there for. In hindsight, I felt really uncomfortable (and quite bad about myself) following the forced consult (aka sales pitch) and probably should have seen that as a red flag. I will accept responsibility for that part because my spidey senses went off and I ignored them in pursuit of “beauty”. Moving forward, I would suggest a more thoughtful and empathic approach be used when educating your clientele. It’s not always happy things that bring you to a place like that and many of us sacrifice financially in other areas to make it happen. I would suggest a less experienced or wealthy client is more less important than anyone else. I would also suggest ASKING if we would like to hear about other options, either in general, or specific to what they can observe as a professional-those are two very different conversations! Consent can create a stronger sense of safety and can also give space for the professional to do his/her job confidently and with a captive (versus kidnapped) audience. I definitely want to acknowledge that I’ve had some wonderful interactions with some very kind and supportive staff at this location historically (hence the balance of giving 3 stars), so it makes me sad that I no longer feel like it’s a safe place. I can’t help but wonder about the systemic piece of ignoring a customer’s legitimate concerns. I waited 3+ weeks before leaving this, which I believe was a long enough window to confirm they choose not to follow up about what I perceive as questionable ethics and business practices. Please use your own discernment, but since it hasn’t left my heart since it happened, I felt like I needed to share.
I was nervous before my first appointment but my nurse Celina made me feel so comfortable and at ease! She was not only knowledgeable on my treatment but she was also so kind which makes all the difference.. I’m so happy with my results and I will definitely be seeing her again!!
