I went in for my first LaseMD Ultra laser treatment. We started on a lower setting because I’ve never had this treatment done and who knows how my skin would react. Dr. Ignacio applied numbing cream to my face so I would be comfortable throughout the procedure. She made sure my hair was safely tucked away. I put on safety eyewear ( kind of like a tanning bed) and we started the procedure. I didn’t feel any discomfort. It took about 20 minutes for the actual laser treatment. After it was complete Dr. Ignacio placed a series of face masks to cool and hydrate the skin. They felt wonderful! Dr. Ignacio gave me a liquid to apply to my skin to rehydrate it at home. My skin soaks it up! My face looked and felt like I had a mild sunburn for a day and it feels like there is fine sand paper on my skin at this point but, that is normal. I can’t wait for the final results! The best things about this non- ablative laser is there really isn’t downtime and it can be used on all skin types. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to improve their skin and Dr. Ignacio and her team are awesome!

definitely not happy with this place had laser hair removal done here in my bikini area and had no results even after five sessions. if you want real results go to all aesthetics care in Upland

I had the best experience during our visit. I did the facial using their product Zo’s Skin Health. From the facial cleanser to sunscreen are so nice and light to use. After a couple of weeks of using it, the results is amazing. I’ve never been happy with a product like this. Thank you MedSpa.
