THIS WORKS LOOK AT MY PHOTOS JUST ONE SESSION! I'm going to be real, I saw the $50 IG Ad and thought this would be a fun, affordable self-care facial. I have read things about laser not working, and no results on day one. I had zero expectations. Customer service was excellent and I shared that I'm very self conscious about my acne scars and hyper pigmentation. I'm someone with clear skin but one pimple scar lasts MONTHS. And it gets so dark that cover up doesn't work. I've only had one session and walked away. 5 days later I'm looking at my skin, comparing it to the week prior and in complete SHOCK. Two of my scars are gone and the other two significantly lightened. I called back and have another appointment because this is going to be way more affordable than I thought. This is worth a shot and I feel they kind of undersold the results. I understand, all skin types are difference but this worked by helping my inflammation and getting rid of the dark spot.

Ive been coming to this location for about 2 months and have had a few treatments with them. My first appointment and this current treatment has been with Ashley and she has been great. I love that she talks me through and explains in detail what she recommends, what the treatment helps with and what to do with aftercare and with further treatments. Always answers any questions I have and continues to check in with me, already booked my next appointment!

I’ve had my membership with them for a couple of months. I’m paying $275 a month which isn’t cheap. Every experience has been almost the same. The one today was by far the worst. I was treated by Ashley. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star. I will first start off to say I was 5 mins late. They don’t give you a grace period they’ll simply rush through your facial. She didn't hit my chin area which was my concerned area because of my hormonal breakouts and also didn’t spot treat. Skin laundry doesn’t care about the service, they just want to get you in and out. Ashely didn’t care at all about my skin concerns. I asked her to please spot treat and said she couldn’t which would have only taken her another minute. If I would’ve known from the beginning that my facial was going to be so rushed and not fulfilled I would’ve rescheduled. She didn’t mention anything to me and was extremely unprofessional with the way she treated me as a customer. I will be canceling my membership because this is just how it goes with them. I’m sure other people have had this type of experience. They just want your money because it only shows with how they book back to back without grace time for anyone and depending on the persons skin concerns doesn’t matter. I’m a cosmetologist with being in the field the most important thing for me at the end of the day is how my client feels when she leaves my chair. I literally left in tears. I don’t think they realize how important skin truly is and how much we look forward to these appointments.

Informed your self before you give up your credit card. Because this didn’t work out for me, I did not see any skin improvement and I tried to cancel, NO it is a contract for 4 months, they will still charge your credit card even if you don’t do any further treatment. By the way, they are expecting gratitude for every single treatment after you have already paid.

Ashley was great! Very helpful and friendly. The facial was quick, painless and left me glowing. Would definitely recommend!
