I had a deeply frustrating experience at Desert Plastic Surgery, and I feel compelled to share my story. From the very beginning, the office staff, including the manager and the doctor, displayed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was shocking. Initially, I was enticed by a billboard advertisement promoting a special price of $4,995 for a mini face lift. However, during my consultation, I was quoted a significantly higher price, and when I inquired about the advertised rate, the office manager clarified that it only applied to one area. Total scam! Also, They assured me of minimal scarring and promised that I wouldn’t feel a much during the procedure, which turned out to be completely untrue. I was awake throughout the surgery and could hear and feel everything! It was excruciatingly painful, and I begged for more sedation. Despite my concerns, I decided to pay the additional money for the procedure because I was planning to have work done on my face and was reassured that I would have minimal scarring and be able to return to work in just a few days. Unfortunately, this was not the case. During the surgery, the doctor and his nurse worked on opposite sides of my face, and I overheard them discussing the difficulty of suturing my skin. At my first follow-up appointment, I expressed concerns about the raised stitching on my ear, (nurse suturing side) the doctor reassured me it was new scarring that would eventually improve. He said if it didn’t improve, he could cut out the raised skin at a later time. However, at subsequent visits, he continued to dismiss my concerns. Five months later, he finally acknowledged the scarring and suggested steroid shots, which would cost $150 each. I reminded the office manager that the doctor had promised to address this issue after a waiting period, but she stated it was my fault for developing keloids, implying it was related to my ethnicity. This was not only unfair but deeply disappointing. When I attempted to discuss this with the doctor, he became aggressive and insisted I pay for the shots, storming out of the room which left me feeling unheard and disrespected. Overall, my experience at Desert Plastic Surgery was incredibly disappointing, I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by a doctor. I sincerely caution others to think twice before choosing this practice. As for me, I will be seeking legal action.

I just had The Eurolift done 2 days ago and I’m already loving the result. The staff answered all my questions, had great follow ups via text and Dr is an artist as he exceeded my expectations by getting rid of my Turkey wobble and visible neck bands. The 2nd photo is just after 2 days!!! No makeup.

I got a facelift with lipo with this Doctor and he did such a wonderful job! 1st day of recovery was difficult lots of discomfort, 2nd day was a little better, swelling was normal, stitches were all in the right areas, and I can say I am very pleased with the care of his staff, the doctor, and everyone in the office. Please do not hesitate to get any surgical procedures done, he does such a great job. He has years of experience, you won’t regret it!

I was beyond pleased with the Eurolift procedure. Results were natural but effective, and almost immediate. Dr. M.’s office staff is efficient and encouraging and he himself is a true artist. I feel “lifted” both physically and emotionally!

Their esthetician Mingaile is the best in town! She is passionate, professional, and provides high quality treatments. I definitely recommend her for chemical peels and facials. As for Dr. Rim I really like his natural approach in aesthetics I’ve had a great experience with laser treatments and Botox. They both make a great team!
