Came in hopeful a couple years ago hoping to get alot of work done. The gal that answers Joschen rancho mirage office has been my biggest obstacle to doing business with jochen. Messes up on appointments booking insufficiently for procedures so nothing gets done. After consumers take time off their busy schedule they are intitked to get work done. Never happens.book but no procedures told can only remove one mole at a time..or this and not that..with work i need it will take me a decade to acheive..disappointed .After getting a happy birthday card with a discount on procedures..the same receptionist refused to book..mini facelift,injections, and other procedures. This is crazy! Called back to get help..cause needed to know how bad jochens receptionist is..asked for billing told her what was going thru to see if she could help. Thou she was sympathetic and said I needed to talk to manager..was transfered to receptionist who isn't a manager. Receptionist..repeatedly hung up on me..was so upset..Receptionist refused to give me an appt.with multiple procedures at discount prices..and was extremely rude..that really false advertising. Fact is Dr.Jochen probably don't know he has a bipolar employee who is a total B____ (witch..sounds like.)I deserve an apology from Jochen..regret giving him any business.. he really doesnt care about his patients...

Dr Jochen has been my Physician for over 15 years for dermatology and for other cosmetic procedures.I have had nothing but positive experiences. The offices are brand new, clean, and they run like a well oiled machine. Dr. Jochen consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment. He provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, practice, and always accompanies his diagnosis with treatment suggestions. I perform a great deal of charity work and work at The United Nations and am on Camera throughout the world and he is the ONLY Dr. that I trust for all my cosmetic surgery and dermatological procedures. He has a most caring nature regarding his patients and the community in which he resides. I consider myself fortunate to have such a caring and professional doctor and his staff is outstanding!
