I’ve been a patient of Monica’s at Premier Healthcare of California for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that the care I’ve received has been exceptional. From my very first visit, Monica took the time to understand not just my symptoms, but also my concerns, lifestyle, and overall well-being. It's rare to find a doctor who listens so carefully and genuinely cares about finding the best approach for each individual. What really sets Monica apart is the level of personalized care. I never feel rushed during my appointments. She takes the time to explain things in detail, ensuring I understand my treatment options and making sure I feel comfortable with every decision. Her approach is both thorough and compassionate, and it’s clear that she stays current with the latest medical advancements to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend Premier Healthcare of California to anyone seeking thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate care.

I find it very difficult to believe the positive reviews of "Dr. Monica" and her staff. Both myself and my husband have been her patients since the beginning of 2023 (because we could not find a local doctor taking new patients). She has never physically touched either of us in any of your appts with her and she typically spends a maximum of 5 minutes in the exam room with us. The office staff (I understand they have all recently been replaced) were nothing short of rude and unhelpful. The phone is never answered and messages are never returned. Both my husband and I have always resorted to driving to her office to arrange and/or cancel appointments and/or request new med refills. I had my final appointment with her in early October 2024 and she prescribed blood tests which I had taken. My "follow-up" appt. for those tests was mid-December. I cancelled that appointment when we found a new doctor (an actual doctor) and will not return. Her office has never contacted me with the results of those tests, which is very concerning . I understand Monica sees approx. 50 patients per day, which tells me she can not be providing any kind of good care to anyone. She also has an aesthetic clinic in house and another office in Arcata, CA (which she staffs herself one week out of the month). During that week it is nearly impossible to get prescription refills or any sort of care from her. Honestly, I would not recommend her or her office to anyone.

Dr Monica and her staff were nothing short of fantastic. They listened to my concerns, fears and anxiety related to a previous medspa experience I was very unhappy with. They were nonjudgmental, understanding, kind, patient; and extremely competent. I am so happy with my results so far. It’s really nice to be heard! They renewed my hope for the aesthetic world & made me feel beautiful again :) Not to mention they had yummy treats and giveaways in the office for Christmas which is extremely generous! I am so impressed by all this office has to offer!!!! Honey, I’m home!!!!

Monica is easy to talk to and accessible; she is straight forward and compassionate. Her office is clean and comfortable, and the staff makes me feel like family. I have received excellent care and feel valued and respected as an individual as well as a patient.

There were 6 chairs and 10 people waiting. Thia office reminded me of a meat processing plant--3 people in line to check in, 3 people in line to check out and one gal trying to keep up with it all, answer questions and somehow keeping her sanity. I think my visit with the PA lasted 10-15 min. The PA told me my history wasn't needed or important! (I'm in my late 60's) Only her agenda is relevant. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.
