I am asking for a refund from Groupon, I was provided with maybe 5-7 minutes of actual microdermabrasion. I paid for the 20min for $50. Also the lady literally just put some syrum at the end, and just said she was done. I would not recommend this place. It was my birthday the day I visited, therefore was in no mood to argue or get upset. But now viewing these reviews, I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.

Even though I arrived early, they were still at least 15 minutes late for my appointments. And one time my appointment had to be rescheduled because of the laser machine not working. otherwise, the staff were friendly and laser treatments were effective.

Doctor criticizes or jokes about staff members in front of patients. Privacy is also an issue, doors are left open while dressing back up, window shades are left open when it’s dark outside so people can see in through the windows. There is a sense of unprofessionalism throughout the office. About two years ago this used to be a great office, but the old doctors left, and new ones came in and the change was very noticeable. Hopefully they figure it out over there and make some changes, but I’ll never know because I’m not going back.

Horrible service. I had a microdermabrasion and it only took 15 minutes - TOTAL!!! Swipe off make-up, a few fast derma circles and then maybe some sunscreen. I certainly would not trust them to do anything else for me! I would say zero * if this system would let me! This WAS NOT A FACIAL or a true microdermabrasion procedure! I would like my Groupon money refunded!

They will setup the appointment for 1.45pm and the doctor will see you at 2.20pm. @Management : Even for the patient , time Is money . The receptionist has high attitude. The treatment is also not that great. Today I gave them my last visit. And I’ll pass my experience further ..
