I LOVE this place. Got lucky with a same day appointment for lip fillers. Judy was amazing and very friendly, once I walked in she knew who I was and was quick to help. She was super sweet as well and the other lady (who I didn’t get her name) but she was very lovely too. She was the one who assisted the doctor in injecting my fillers. I didn’t get doctor’s name, but he was great, made the process quick and as painless as possible. Not to mention my lips look so damn GOOD 😭 I don’t usually leave reviews but I found this place that was cheap and affordable, left my lips looking amazing, and on top of that had great service. Will most definitely be coming back and will refer all my friends too!! :)

First off, Dr. Apodaca and all the staff in his office are extremely nice and welcoming. Over a year ago, I met with him for a breast reduction consultation. I was 20 years old at the time and wore a 32DD. My breasts were asymmetrical, pendulous, and looked very disproportionate on my 5'3" frame. We discussed my desired cup size, which was an A/B. He informed me an A cup would be hard to accomplish but a B cup was a very reasonable and possible goal. I am a student so he worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated and contributed significantly to my choice of him performing the procedure. I scheduled my surgery and had the reduction done a few weeks later. Initially my breast were not as small as I had expected and the left side was boxy, but I was reassured that they would shrink down to a rounder B cup, C at the most, as the swelling went down. He also said that if I was still unhappy with them after they fully healed, he would perform a revision at a discounted price. It has been a year since my initial surgery and I wear a 32D. My left breast is still boxy and rubs on my sternum, causing irritation. Today, I went back and saw Dr. Apodaca for a one-year follow up to address my concerns. Unfortunately, he no longer performs surgery and is unable to do the revision himself. When I spoke with the office about possibly getting reimbursed for a portion of the procedure due to the fact that I now have to find a different plastic surgeon who certainly is not going to perform a revision at a discounted rate, they said that Dr. Apodaca would do no such thing as he did everything he promised. I understand that healing is unpredictable but I would not have gotten the procedure done had it been expressed that I would only be one cup size smaller. Disappointed with the outcome of my procedure and how my concerns have been addressed.

Hi everyone, just want to let everyone know that Pure Gold Medical center is my place to go for all my cosmetic needs. My breast augmentation went amazing and i love the confidence its giving me mentally but also on how HOT they make me look in my outfits! Dr. Apodaca was great, gave me his recommendation st my consultation and i couldn't be more happy with my results. All the Staff is amazing, i felt and feel at home every time i go in. This doctor ( Dr. Apodaca) is just in it for the money. My face looks messed up, I communicated my concerns and all he said was to wait it out. I went elsewhere and they were able to fix his mess. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE.

This place scams. I asked for 1/5 of syringe on each side of my chin/jaw, next thing you know DR. APODACA injected a full syringe on one side despite what we agreed on. So he said he was going to put another “CC” on the other side. I didn’t know what “CC” meant until after he was done and then he told me. I feel very tooken advantage of. This place doesn’t care about their patients, clearly just in it for the money. I just wanted something subtle. Not only did he put too much, his placement was terrible. Now my face looks boxy and I look like a man! This is exactly what I did NOT want. On top of that he used Radeisse, which is a filler that cannot be dissolved. He did not even bother to disclose that to me before the procedure. He doesn’t know what the hell he is doing. Very inexperienced Dr. He is also a scammer, BEWARE!
