Hydration Room | Redondo Beach

I went in feeling so run down and not myself. After an IV cocktail I was full of energy and feeling so much better than I have been in months. I am going to do this for myself every month. It was fabulous. Also the staff was wonderful and Alex was amazing! Great experience! I will be back.

FOn my first visit, I signed up for a membership and tried the skin IV therapy. While I’m not a fan of the supplements, I did enjoy the IV treatment. I immediately noticed that my face stayed hydrated throughout the day, which is a big deal for me since my skin usually dries out by 1 PM. However, the hydration effects seemed to last only about two days, and by the third day, my skin was back to normal. Considering the cost, it’s quite expensive compared to what I’m used to paying elsewhere. Unfortunately, since I committed to a three-month membership, I’ll be trying a few more sessions. I’ll update my experience as I go!

I went to the hydration room in redondo for the first time, and they were all great. Especially kudos to the male nurse that did my IV, pain free, bruise free after too. Both were great at giving clarity on what picked. Very clean location, appreciated seeing them detox every seat after every person.

I just love, love this place it's literally MAGIC!. every year if I get the flu I just don't waste money on over the counter medications and go straight here for the cold and flu iv. It's magic within minutes I'm all better. Thank you to all the staff. :) i was there today at the redondo beach office 9:30am appointment the receptionist is so nice and the guy who did my iv too. I'm all better now 😌

Amazing for feeling better when sick and great for breastfeeding mothers to keep supply up when not feeling 100%. Thank you Alex and Hydration Room! Bonus: Alex got a vein so quickly I was shocked, I’m a 10 stick person at hospitals, and he was so chill, I almost didn’t feel a thing. That guy is awesome!
