I absolutely love working with Penny! Not only is she caring, down to earth, and easy to talk to, but she discusses everything that I want done in detail with me and does text follow-ups to see how I'm doing. I really love her approach of doing less at first because you can't undo Botox if you do too much. She also has a very gentle technique, I either feel nothing or the pain is very minimal. I have seen many injectors before, and with Penny I don't just feel like another random patient, I really feel taken care of. I feel like I've found my injector and will definitely be seeing Penny for the long run!

A couple of things to note: kind injector and clean place! The suite itself is located in Sola Salons Redwood City. It is very therapeutic and comforting. Bathrooms are public but looks very well taken care of. Penny is amazing at what she does! It's important to find an injector who takes the time to understand you and your goals. Botox injections were quick and easy and she is very transparent about what she is doing. I might be coming back very soon for some microneedling treatments for acne scars.

Penny is absolutely fantastic! She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and caring. In a short amount of time she was able to solve my skin issues with expertise and genuine concern. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her service to anyone!
