I have been coming to see Dr. J Cheng in Saratoga and since she opened a clinic in Redwood City, I followed her there. She provides down to earth advice on treatment plans. She takes the conservative approach and so far she’s always right and I am loving the results. Her staff Celeste and Maddie are extremely helpful and responsive.

Michaela helped me to Thermage today and the whole process was going really well. She is patient, nice and really professional, there wasn’t much redness in my face. I felt a bit pain when going through the neck, but Michaela gave me Nitrous which ease the pain a lot. I definitely choose her for my further appointment.
