Let me be very clear, Dr. Reen is an amazing doctor, but his scheduling is a nightmare. My wife has gone to urgent care twice because his staff can't seem to fit her in (even though he is our primary care physician). Good luck getting through to anyone, they ignore the phone pretty regularly and their voicemail is full! It's a shame he doesn't have a better management system.

Great doctor. TERRIBLE office management. I've been waiting almost 2 years for a sleep study test. Finally received a call for it on Thursday (voicemail), to which I called back immediately but they never, and I mean, NEVER answer their phone. So I just went in person to pick up the equipment, but the receptionist said I have to come back Monday at 12. I let her know I wouldn't be able to till after 3 as my husband is a teacher and we share a car, but their office closes at 1 Monday so she said ok, come in Tuesday then. So here I come today, Tuesday after 3, and she said she already GAVE IT TO THE NEXT PERSON. Said she called me on Monday trying to tell me it was ready to be picked up but since she couldn't get a hold of me, she moved on to the next person, even though she KNEW I was coming on Tuesday. I never received a call to my knowledge and she didn't even leave a message. Even if she had, I still wouldn't have been able to come get it until Tuesday regardless because of my husband's schedule, which she also KNEW hence why we agreed I'd be here Tuesday (today) to pick it up. So tomorrow, I guess I'm driving over there AGAIN, maybe 3rd time's the charm. I would call first each time if I thought they would answer, but they won't. If it wasn't for the fact that I've been waiting for this study for 2 years, I'd just say forget it. I'm already in the process of finding a new doctor, even before all this, for this exact issue. I've had to go to urgent care out of town and the hospital twice in the last 2 months simply because their office doesn't answer their damn phone. What good is a doctor if you can never get a hold of their office? So fed up with them. We'll see how tomorrow goes, maybe I'll update this review, but right now, save yourself time and find a better doctor office, one you can actually reach.

I received laser hair removal at Reen Medical with their nurse, Heather. Wow! Is all I can say. I already saw a huge difference even after just one treatment. She provides quality care, topical anesthetic with little to almost no pain at all and great conversation. Their laser provided amazing results. I highly recommend their laser services.

I have been getting the laser hair removal treatments here (underarm,face,bikini) and I was able to notice a difference in the hair growth immediately after one session. 🙌. The process is pretty quick and easy, I'm almost done with the full sessions and I haven't even had to wax/shave, and I've always had very dark course hair. In certain spots it can be a little painful BUT, it's worth it I promise!
