By far one of the best clinics i've been to. Isha Taylor was my consulting provider, and She is really attentive and made sure she answered all my questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dermatologist. The Riverside office is clean, modern and well put together. The front staff is super helpful and friendly. Overall great experience!

Not great! I had an appointment with the Dermatologist for a check-up (2 weeks ago) where I paid my copay, then saw a PA. At that appointment I was then told I need to come back and see the dermatologist (the service I originally booked). Today, I came back to see the dermatologist and was told I need to pay another copay, and I’d be seeing a nurse practitioner as the dermatologist called out. They also told me that the nurse practitioner would give me an opinion, that I’d probably need to come back again (and you guessed it) where I’d have to pay another copay. That would be 3 visits to achieve the goal of the first appointment. Overall, horrible service. Unsightly and unkept location with a mediocre staff handling the appointments. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

paid $120 for a consult that could hardly be described as such. we spent 2mins in front of the medical provider that didn’t even introduce themselves. we seriously spent more time in the waiting room than in the exam room. in our experience, this was terrible bedside manner. the employees that helped us out during our appointment, including the medical staff, weren’t wearing masks which was concerning. there was no explanation behind the medical provider’s very quick diagnosis and no plans of treatment or education outside of a steroid cream. will not be returning.

Very rude old doctor! He doesn’t know how to talk , full with attitude! Waiting two hours for no response! I don’t know what’s point of appointment! End up with nothing ! Not even listening why patient be here ! Never come back Part 2 = I’m posting at right clinic, your location is inside Apple care ! It’s also urgent care inside same place, I don’t know you both together or just shearing a space! Anyway your clinic should pay little attention at your appointment timing! And give little advice to your old male doctor to be nice with patient! Because no one want to visit doctor without any reason! Thanks
