I love coming here! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Melissa is always helpful with scheduling and making you feel comfortable. I was very nervous my first time coming here and she made me feel more at ease to start. Mai is super gentle and patient and treats you like you are her family. Chandler did my picosure treatment and was so friendly and efficient. I am already looking forward to my facial appointment with her. Overall I was super scared to get anything done and this place has made it so enjoyable that I actually like coming here. They listen to your needs and give you great advice and recommendations. I also appreciate that they don't try to up sale you. They are very honest and trustworthy. I am extremely thankful to find this place💜

For over 10 years I've been driving all the way to Orange County for services, my discovery of Mai's is a game changer for me!!! Mai is an artist!! With her bubbly personality she puts you at ease while making you GORGEOUS!! And if you're budget conscious like me, you'll appreciate the fantastic deals they offer every month. My only concern is you'll all start going and I'll have a difficult time getting an appointment.

I have gone many places for Botox and once I found this place I have never been more consistent on coming here I refuse to go anywhere else. I came in here to do a PicoSure for dark spot treatment. At first I was a little skeptical because this seems to be a tiny med spa which was different from the other bigger clinics I had been to. I checked the PicoSure website and confirmed that it is an authorized provider so I wanted to give it a try. When I arrived, Mai and Dr. Fitzmorris treated me with professionalism and care. They first took some pictures and asked about what my concern was. Mai learned that I had done several PicoSure treatments before but was not satisfied with the experiences. She then told me that she would do a stronger treatment using the PicoSure Pro machine for me. After the treatment itself, she also provided some education that I should consider using topical and/oral treatment in addition to lasers for the best results. Although her clinic does sell some facial cream, she didn't push me to buy any additional products or services, and just suggested to me that I could monitor the results and decide later. It's been 3 weeks since I completed the treatment and I'm satisfied with the results so far!
