I have been coming here for a while for laser services. Laser hair removal, laser vein removal and tattoo removal. I have somewhat difficult skin because I’m pretty tan and this is the only place that I have gone to that hasn’t burnt me, scarred me or caused hyperpigmentation. I’m so happy to have a place that I know won’t damage my skin. I decided to try getting botox here and have gotten it twice here now and I love it. Perfect placement and the perfect amount🤌

I was very impressed with Dr. Dawood and his staff as they were very professional yet personable. I went in with a specific issue which they addressed at a reasonable cost and they did not attempt to upsell me. When the time comes to have other procedures done this will definitely be my choice and already I've had two people ask for their number and I've only been home an hour. I guess honest dermatologists who know what they're doing is hard to come by. This one's a keeper. UPDATE: The review I posted was of my first visit. I do have one negative thing to say about this office and that is that they need to figure out their bookings. The first visit I waited almost 1.5 hrs before I saw the doc. Things happen so I let it go. The follow-up visit I left after waiting in a room for 40 minutes only to learn the doc didn't even get in until 30 minutes after my appointment time. For me, this is unacceptable and rude as it gives the impression that that person believes I am less important then they are. Since the staff didn't apologize or provide an explanation for the delays I can only presume this is his normal MO. My opinion of this office hasn't changed but for me this is a deal breaker. If you are okay with it then I think you'll be happy with his work.

Dr. Dawood did my lips for the first time. I’ve had them done in the past. I can wholeheartedly say this is the best they’ve ever been. I absolutely love my lips. They’re perfect, not overly done, just perfectly pouted just how I wanted them. Dr. Dawood definitely listened to my request & it shows in my results… and the plus I did not bruise at all! I was completely shocked! I am more confident to recommend my friends and know they will be happy too.

Love everything about Sublime MD; their location, their office aesthetic is classy, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable & always helpful with any questions I’ve had. The main thing for me is feeling comfortable with the doctor/his staff and I am. Dr. Dawood is very thorough when he explains the procedure your wanting to have done & he always is very polite. It’s great to have someone with his expertise here in the Inland Empire. Definitely recommend this office for all your dermatological needs.

I paid for three tattoo removal sessions through Groupon, but apparently my tattoo was way bigger than the measurements that the deal offered. For that reason as well as numbing shots, I had to pay an extra $200 per session. I've been twice and the results are horrible. I had two tattoos removed at a dermatologist years ago, three sessions (way cheaper) and you cannot even tell the tattoos were ever there. With those, I had to keep ointment on them as well as keep them covered. They bubbled and blistered. With this place, you don't do any of those things and there is no sign that anything was even lasered. I have a 3 session to still attend to, but it's not even worth it in my opinion. I feel like they have the laser way too low so that you have to keep going back for more sessions. I definitely do not recommend this place for tattoo removal. The staff is really nice though. I read your reply. I voiced my concerns with the technician on my second visit. It's not like y'all are going to admit that you keep the laser on low on purpose, cone on now! Lol! Regardless of what you said, my tattoos did not bubble up, didn't even need ointment as they should. I did my research so what u have to say is just going to be excuses and copouts to me. I actually had the tattoo in question for less time, ink is the same color and not as dark as my other two that were removed. It's definitely your laser. I stand by my review. I do not recommend your establishment for tattoo removal unless you wanna be ripped off.
