I came to AirSculpt a few months ago for a procedure to reduce my back and stomach size. The doctor was very kind and the whole staff was sweet and patient throughout the process! I’m now 3 months post op and I absolutely LOVE the results! It was such a great experience and worth every cent :) It did cost more than traditional lipo, but the healing and recovery (for me) was so easy! I was up and walking and even went out to dinner as soon as my procedure was done! I was back feeling myself the next day. I would highly recommend AirSculpt if you’re thinking of getting lipo, this is an amazing option

I am writing this review to share my experience with AirSculpt at the Roseville, California office, where I underwent the procedure approximately three months ago for my full torso, underarms, flanks and chin. Misleading Claims About Pain and Recovery One of the primary selling points of AirSculpt is its claim of minimal pain and downtime, which I found to be completely inaccurate. During the procedure, I was given a tube to inhale nitrous oxide for pain relief, and there were multiple moments when I was in excruciating pain, relying heavily on it. The promotional materials and patient testimonials on their website suggest a far more comfortable experience than what I endured. For context, I have a high pain tolerance, having served in the military and undergone intensive training, yet this procedure was significantly painful. Prolonged Recovery and Lingering Pain Post-procedure recovery was far from the "quick and easy" process they advertise. I experienced persistent pain for nearly two months and was required to wear an extremely uncomfortable compression garment throughout that time. Even now, I continue to experience intermittent pain in my chest and numbness in my abdomen, symptoms that were not properly addressed during my follow-up appointment. Disappointing Follow-Up Care At my three-month post-op check-in, I expressed my concerns about lingering pain and dissatisfaction with the results. Instead of addressing these issues, the doctor dismissed my concerns and shifted the blame onto me, stating that my weight gain was my own responsibility. He showed no interest in exploring the causes of my ongoing discomfort. Instead, I was told to return at the six-month mark so they could reassess and potentially recommend additional corrective surgery--at my own expense. Lack of Accountability and Poor Customer Service Given my experience, I refuse to return for the six-month follow-up, as I see no value in being told once again that my dissatisfaction is my own fault, while being upsold on further procedures. Final Verdict: Buyer Beware I strongly advise against choosing AirSculpt based on their misleading claims about pain and recovery. My experience has demonstrated that their marketing does not align with reality, and their approach to patient care prioritizes deflecting responsibility over genuine post-procedure support. Think twice before trusting their claims of a "quick and easy" recovery--it was anything but.

The staff was very helpful and responded to emails in a timely manner. Very professional attitude. The facility was very clean and gorgeous. They let me listen to my own music during the procedure. They made me feel at ease.
