The nurse was knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The spa was clean, relaxing, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I had an Ultherapy treatment this Thursday. First of all, I was amazed at how clean the clinic was and how beautiful all the staff members were. The clinic had many state-of-the-art machines, and the overall environment was extremely hygienic. The consultant who guided me was very kind and provided clear and detailed explanations. The nurse who performed the Ultherapy treatment was also very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I had heard that Ultherapy can be very painful, but she applied a lot of numbing cream and gave me enough time for it to take effect, so it wasn’t as painful as I had anticipated. I’m glad I chose this clinic, and I plan to come back every year for my treatments.

Having gone to many medspas, One Beauty is definitely the most attentive and welcoming. All the girls were super nice, and always took their time to explain the procedures. I went in today for a m22 IPL treatment, and it was so much less painful from the other spot I went to previously. Will definitely come back!

I started coming here for facial before my wedding, and I really like this place! It's really clean and the service is great. The skincare specialists are very professional. I like that they don't try to sell their services and products like the facial place I went to before. I have sensitive skin, and they helped me adjust the facial so that my skin always feels moisturized and glowy. The facial and massage are super comfy, I often fall asleep during the sessions XD

Shirley is super professional, and her massage skills are not just relaxing—they actually helped ease the tension in my facial muscles. Her technique is gentle yet precise, making the whole experience incredibly comforting and relaxing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to pamper themselves!
