I received a my first facial here in January of 2023. The facial was really great. Because I have oily, porous skin and am someone of African descent, I am skeptical of facial. However, Ashley was very aware of my skin type and her products left my skin smooth and soft. I recommend her to anyone wanting to get a facial for the first time.

I had an incredible experience at Pretty Palace with Ashley. After searching for a year for the right esthetician to perform extractions, I was thrilled when I called Ashley. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended a treatment that suited both my skin’s needs and my budget. To top it off, she scheduled me for an appointment the very next day! The facial exceeded all my expectations. Ashley started by cleansing my face and massaging it while using steam, which was so relaxing. She then did the extractions, followed by applying an amazing pumpkin enzyme mask. Her attention to detail made me feel like I was getting the ultimate spa experience. Throughout the process, Ashley offered helpful skincare advice to improve hydration without pressuring me to buy products. Instead, she gave me samples to try. What really impressed me was her follow-up. I sent her a list of products I already owned, and she provided detailed feedback along with recommendations on how to keep my skin hydrated while using them. Her knowledge and care truly made a difference. I didn’t hesitate to book my next appointment right after my facial. I visited the Pretty Palace for a nanochanelling facial through ClassPass. It was fantastic! Ashley was really attentive to the problem spots on my face (specifically my chin). She took her time, and the experience was SO restful. I'll be back!
