Great experience let me tell you I have a dentist phobia since I was 6yrs old. My local dentist could not help me out because of my dentist phobia. They referred me out to Sacramento Surgical Arts and I’m very thankful they did. I have been dealing with severe tooth pain from a bad cavity that needed to be extracted. The Assistants there (Alyssa,Eva,Gisele) are the best they calmed me down and actually listen to me about my phobia. I was able to get that tooth removed same day Im so relieved no more pain they deserve more then 5 Stars. Thanks again I’m definitely recommending to everyone who needs dental work done. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in need of the dentist. 👍

My son needed to get X-rays for possible wisdom teeth impact. Shelly went above and beyond to get us in the next morning and took the time to make sure I had all the paperwork completed prior to the appointment. The office is one of the best I’ve ever been to and I felt my son was in the best care. Thank you Shelly!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Angela From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her professionalism, expertise, and warm demeanor. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. Her technique is truly unmatched—my results are natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. Angela has an incredible eye for detail, and her ability to enhance without overdoing it is a true gift. Beyond her skill, she’s so kind and approachable, which makes the entire experience enjoyable. Firstly, I am terrified of visiting dentist, phobias presenting since childhood. So the idea of going to a surgeon… Forget about it. However the staff at Surgical Arts really go out of their way to make you feel welcome & comfortable. I arrived with the start of a migraine at the end of the day, after leaving work. They walked me to back to an exam room staff, offered to turn down the lights, understanding the eye/light sensitivity I experienced. They kept the volume low on the pre-surgery video I watched while answering all my questions. What I like about their system is you’re given opportunity to keep the same room only leaving for x-rays, otherwise all staff involved through the intake process comes to you: dental assistant, surgeon, financial staff. Usually at other offices they take you to a different areas to free up their exam room. The staff offered drink and Ibuprofen as my symptoms worsened. The staff which supported me throughout my visit was Giselle. The surgeon spent a lot of time running through options after considering what I valued while sharing her concerns for treatment. Upon arrival front desk staff were very kind and helpful with completing the long form. I was able to schedule the intake for less than a week out & surgery in approx. 2 weeks from intake, and all occurring in December. To me, that’s a little amazing since end of year is when patients are rushing to use their remaining benefits. When exiting, they advised leaving though the rear door which let out directly at the parking out, close to my car. I have high hopes for my upcoming surgery and less concerns re: quality of care and service (Will provide a post surgery update.)

My experience was great from the beginning, with staff being so nice and very responsive, making themselves available to address all my questions. The appointment was better than what I have ever experienced with my previous dentists. The doctor was very attentive to my medical records, made sure I was listened to and explained the procedures I was going to undergo. Dr. Heir and Eva are the BEST!!
