I realized after having three children, which included a set of twins, my mid-section would shrink no more. I had lost 25 pounds and had gone through menopause. I knew it was time to consider plastic surgery for a tummy tuck and lipo for my thighs. I considered three different doctors in the Sacramento Valley. However, after considering 1) credentials, 2) specialties, 3) reputation, 4) cost, and 5) approach, I chose Dr. Yamahata. I consulted at the Granite Bay location. After considering the procedures and results, Dr. Yamahata convinced me a tummy tuck was all that was needed. If I elected to have lipo on my thighs, the results would be less than optimal. Dr. Yamahata's advise and approach was sincere and honest. I chose to have my surgery at the Sacramento location. Dr. Yamahata and his staff are caring, gentle, reassuring, communicative, and informative. II recovered with support from Dr. Yamahata and his team. I couldn't be more happy with my results and am having fun adjusting to my new and improved size. My only note would be to double check the amount of your bill when it comes time to pay to ensure accuracy. Dr. Yamahata and his team are professional and take delight in seeing results. What a great experience getting breast implants. Dr Yamahata did such an amazing job. He listens and explains everything well. I just did my one year checkup and couldn’t be happier. His office staff is wonderful as well.
