While the front desk employee was very kind and considerate, I feel very misguided by the "doctors" in this office. I was under the impression that I would be seeing a doctor, per my confirmation email/messages, but I was met with a physicians assistant instead. While he was kind and considerate, I couldn't help but be disappointed with their shady way of getting you in for another appointment seeing as the PA couldn't do anything regarding the issue that I had previously discussed and made him well aware of what I came in for. Additionally, touching and examining my skin concerns while not wearing gloves or applying hand sanitizer before or after made me feel disgusted and gave the whole experience a very unhygienic feeling. I got the answers I was expecting, but if the "doctors" are aware of the issue at hand, and have MULTIPLE counts of me discussing the problem and my concern regarding it, it makes you, the patient, feel like you have no hope for your problems. FINALLY, scheduling in advance is fine, but I made this appointment over 10 months ago for the "doctor" to take FIVE minutes to tell me that there was "nothing he could do" and that I needed to schedule with the ACTUAL DOCTOR that I was supposed to have been seeing the entire time! Overall, terribly disappointed with my experience here, you'd have better luck at Dr. on Duty.

Great service and expertise. Doctors and staff are fantastic. Also very time efficient. I have probably had more than 10 skin cancer procedures done in the past decade, always happy with the results.

Scheduled an appointment to have a couple skin tags removed, they called and text me before to remind me & confirm that I could make it to the appointment. Filled out some paper work upon checking in and was quickly seen afterwards - the doctor and assistant were both very kind, nice and communicated respectfully and clearly - they were able to remove two very difficult skin tags that had developed rite on the edge of my lower right eyelid which is wonderful. They also numbed the area before removing it so I felt almost no pain. What I’m the most happiest about is they removed a fairly large skin tag I’ve had under my armpit for so long quickly and easily and I didn’t feel a thing. All in all a fairly quick and easy experience - I would highly recommend this place, it was $75 for the consultation and they provided skin care instruction once they were done 👍

When in for a mole removal, and upon arriving, the front office staff greeted me and were really nice and helpful! Dr. Noodleman is the best! He’s very understanding, professional, and patient. He listens to all your needs and concerns and recommends the best treatment.

I have been very happy with both of my experiences at the CA Skin Institute in Salinas. The desk staff are friendly. Short wait, and Kevin, whom I’ve seen both times, was very thorough, asked questions, and addressed my issues. My experiences were perfect!
