With every visit she is liberal with samples so you can test the product before investing. If something isn't working out to your needs she will go above and beyond to find something that works with your needs, she wants you to be 100% satisfied with all your products and services. Nicole is prompted with returning calls and accommodating to all appointment dates and times. Nicole was the one who noticed my skin condition right away and referred me to a dermatologist in the area who confirmed the diagnosis of vitiligo. Working with Nicole over the years has greatly improved the condition of my skin, and the "proof is in the pudding" when people are often surprised to learn my age. I have been dealing with adult acne and I've been stressing out about it, which has been making it worse. I went in last week for my first facial and let me tell you, my skin looks so much better!!! It's getting better everyday with the face lotion she recommended. Nicole is my esthetician now 😊

My wonderful mother purchased a gift card from this establishment. I scheduled 6 weeks in advance (the only spot available) and Nicole, the owner, cancelled last minute and never rescheduled like she said she would. After not hearing anything from Nicole for over 3 months, she finally agreed to refund the gift certificate after receiving a negative review from an acquaintance. Nicole said that she would refund the certificate IF I deleted the negative review. Nicole then proceeded to accuse me of lying: she claimed to have contacted me in May to reschedule, but my official phone records do not show any received calls from her cell or salon numbers. Also, instead of exhibiting good customer service and trying to make the customer have a pleasant experience, Nicole accused me of spreading lies, she never tried to remedy the situation, nor she did apologize, and she has been HARASSING my mother to have her take down reviews she didn't write. In Nicole’s reply to my now-deleted first review, she said that she wishes she this could have been resolved prior to my first negative review of her establishment; it could have had she displayed good customer service. SO AS PROMISED, I HAVE DELETED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW IN WROTE IN MAY, and now I am writing a new review of the experience as it has come to a close. It would be appreciated if Nicole stopped harassing my mother, friends and myself as Nicole's request to have the review written in May has been deleted.
