Doctors are good but their call system and secretaries are not very responsible on getting to you on appointments, they give you wrong dates and make you miss your appointments and you get charged extra for missing and not being your fault and they dont try to even resolve the issue and try to just cut the calls with patients. They dont really care if they loose a patient.

Was greeted and felt welcomed by receptionist. Seen doctor Guillermo for the first time, he was very professional and my father felt he received answers to his health concerns. Thank you

I was here a few days ago and the doctor was horrible he seem so annoyed to even see me. Went in with a lot of pain in my stomach do to possible ulcers. He didn’t recommend nothing he just told me go get labs done and sent me away. This clinic was amazing when the Saglio Doctors were there. The Saglio’s were the best sweet and non judgmental. Medical assistant are still great the only problem is the new doctor Guillermo. I’ll recommend look somewhere else.

The doctors are helpful. The front office needs training. I've had a few issues but this is about the last time that gave me the push to move to a different office. I've been with this office for over 3 years. My insurance has been steady, I haven't changed a thing. I go to the office for an appointment time they set for me. When I get there they tell me my insurance says it's inactive because they have had changes to the system and that I needed to show them my insurance card. I didn't bring it because it wasn't a new insurance and they already have copies of it. I wish they would have told me when the appointment was set so I could come prepared, but they didn't. So I called my insurance in front of her to verify that it was active, it was. I went as far as to download the app to show her it was active and the office was in network. The girl tells me that the girl who calls to verify if insurance is still active was on lunch. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know when she will be back because sometimes she takes 2 or 3 hours lunches. If she new that she might be gone that long, it would have been a good idea to do her work first and verify insurances for upcoming appointments. Instead they girl at the front desk asked me to pay out of pocket for the appointment and to deal with my insurance personally to get reimbursed. While I was there, they did the same to at least 2 other people. Someone isn't doing their job there so.

I can't stress enough how wonderful this office is. Full circle moment for me. In 1992 I had my OB/GYN in this office but is no longer there. I came back this time for Botox all because of the cute sign outside this convenient Noth Salinas location. It's remodeled of course and is very, very clean. Important! Dr. Romero his staff Jocelyn and Nancy are wonderful. Dr. Romeo is very professional and compassionate with his patients. I brought up all my concerns, and he really listened with a non judgment approach, he even reached out personally by phone. Dr. Romero cares and gives you what you ask for with knowledge behind it. I've done Cosmetic procedures for years, and I'm so happy to have found a new home with Dr. Romero. Consider your Botox needs here!!! B. Reyes
