This spot has been here for almost 25 years and even though I grew up in San Anselmo I realized I had never actually been to Eden! So I was feeling stressed and went to get a massage. I got a 1-hour therapeutic massage with Ginamaria. I think she is also a yoga teacher so she’s great if you practice yoga because she knew intuitively knew where I was holding tension and how to release it. I told her I came to get a massage because I was feeling stressed so she made me feel very relaxed. I enjoyed the additional use of a singing bowl and hot stones placed upon my solar plexus, as well as a nice smelling rose mist and gentle coconut oil used for the massage. This massage is a good complement to a yoga practice, and a nice way to unwind when feeling stressed.
