This was an extremely disappointing experience for me and my friends. We wasted both our time and money. After nine laser hair removal sessions, none of us saw any noticeable results. The staff at the reception are unprofessional and don’t care about customer satisfaction or whether the treatment actually works. They also scammed us by miscounting our sessions. I strongly advise everyone, based on our personal experience, not to get laser treatments here—you won’t see any real results. We also tried microneedling with them four times, and while there was a slight improvement, it completely disappeared by the third week. Definitely not worth it! 0000 star

Long overdue review... The staff here truly sets this place apart – they're exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Special shout out to Kristel and Noelle. While the services and quality of results they offer are comparable to other medical spas, it's the warmth and attentiveness of their team that makes a real difference. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on service or quality.

I’ve been going to Skinlicious for about 2 years now for laser hair removal. I had six sessions at SEV prior and just completed my 6th session with Skinlicious. The results have been fabulous. I personally think the nurses here are much more thorough compared to other places I’ve been to in the past. I love the community vibe / feel AND the prices are very affordable. I’ve had sessions with May, Kristel, Amy, and Noelle and they’re all great! I like Skinlicious so much I’ve referred friends and make the drive all the way from Sacramento just to come here after moving away from the Bay Area.

I visited Skinlicious Laser for a hair removal laser treatment and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing and left me with significant skin damage. As someone who has used laser services in the past without issue, I was surprised and dismayed by the poor quality of care and the lasting impact on my skin. When the treatment began, the technician was so polite but she appeared inexperienced and did not properly adjust the laser settings for my skin type. It’s over 6 months now but I still have the damage on my skin and the lack of attention to this matter really disappointed me.

The nurses are amazing at making the client feel very relaxed and comfortable. My problem is that the appointments feel rushed because the nurses are overbooked. As soon as someone walks out, another person walks in. I’m concerned about how this rush may lead to mistakes in sanitization, though I haven’t myself experienced any. Moreover, I’ve noticed that the laser removal isn’t as thorough as it should be. Many areas are missed. They don’t hit the entire area, only where they see hair growing, probably on account of the rush to finish since they are on a tight time schedule. Consequently, my results after all the sessions aren’t as successful as should be expected. I am writing as someone who has had laser at a different location as well, so it’s an observable difference in the reduction rate of growth. I wish they would laser the whole area that is paid for with the service instead of selectively doing the patches that catch their eye. It’s like working in housekeeping and only vacuuming the spots of the carpet that have visible debris. I’m more than a little bummed about that. Otherwise, I do like this place. It’s a affordable and the staff is welcoming.
