This place provided fabulous care from start to finish! First and foremost - I have to start with mentioning how absolutely incredible Karen is!!! She is professional, talented, kind, efficient and so caring! I couldn't have been happier with my services with Karen. My results with Laser Hair Removal - have made me so happy :) Ashley at the front desk is also lovely! She is so available, helpful and makes sure to help me get the best deals for services without being pushy!! The office is always so clean, tidy and bright and cheery. I would highly recommend Laser away San Carlos. I felt welcomed straight away Gigi was so kind and really took the time to inform and help me decide what treatment would be tailored to me. She was even able to get me in the same day. Karen the nurse on site was so sweet and really showed a genuine care in any concerns or questions I may of had. Overall this location is very nice and clean I definitely will be doing the rest of my treatments to come here.
