When I ask if expecting good results at my age of 79 was unrealistic, the techs assured me that I would see reduced lines around my mouth and face especially by 3 to 6 months. This has not been the case and there i s little or no improvement and I feel like I wasted $1,500. The staff was pleasant and professional but I would have preferred a truthful, honest statement than a sales pitch.

Always a great experience here at FAC. Dasha is a great injector and very patient and kind and friendly. She is always eager to answer any questions I have. The place is under major construction and it was so easy to find where they were because they had signs posted everywhere. Love this place as far as I’m concerned they are the best.

I had a facelift, a neck lift and a nose job. My face looks horrible. Every single wrinkle is still there and they won’t address it they they tell me my skin is not elastic enough. I asked Dr Gagnes today why I wasn’t told prior to the surgery that this is not going to work because of my skin, and he said well everybody Gives consults differently I couldn’t believe it and that’s why I’m putting this post out today They didn’t tell me that before I spent $25,000 they tell me afterwards, my nose still has the bump in it. I now have two different size nostrils. Nothing changed with my nose. Dr. Brandon stated this is never happened to him before it was all about him and nothing about me the patient my neck was so tight I had to go to a doctor to get Botox in it so I could lift my head up to a normal level. One of my ears was attached to my face and the other one wasn’t and turns in like a scoop as though you had a Frito chip they’re both two different sizes. I have gone back into them. They tell me one thing and then I go back again and tell me another thing.. I have known Dr Gagnes since 1988 and have come here and trusted this place. I would never come here again. When I was getting Botox, one of the ladies said you know you’re not there’s not much you can do unless you have a facelift and when I told her I had just had one she looked At me and said you’re you’re kidding me and I said no Dr. Brandon I said I was dealing with them to try to have something fixed and she“” You’re not going back to him “and my daughter was with me and we both just looked at each other so I’d say be careful. I recommend a different. I would not go here ever again

Very happy with my Botox results. Camille always gets areas that other people don’t get, probably because she really listens so intently. I’ve never had to go back to get it fixed. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet & welcoming .

I love Facial Aesthetic Concepts! The ladies up front are very helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. Esther is who I see for my skin, she is incredibly talented and a true expert. I highly recommend FAC for all your beauty needs.
