I cannot say enough great things about Blue Illusion and the staff there, especially Winona! There is no one else I would trust with my Botox. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she truly listens, which I feel is such a rare quality. I never feel pressured to do more than I’m comfortable with, and she genuinely cares about helping you look naturally beautiful. Her attention to detail and her focus on enhancing your features, rather than changing them, makes all the difference. Every visit is a wonderful experience, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. I LOVE this place, and I am so thankful I found them. Highly recommend!

Facility is very nice. There is no reception, which I thought was a tad strange. The Injector was phenomenal, but I docked one star because the first office admin was terrible. I had not even gotten to my appt, and just checked in... she was pressuring me aggressively to tell her how many units I needed based on my last visit. I wasn't aware she was an injection specialist? This felt uncomfortable, and I almost did not want to return. Gratefully, my second appt there was a better admin. I will gladly return on my San Diego visits for the injector, since she was phenomenal, and we used less units this time... but if that big white gal admin is still there it might make me want to run. To management: I did not even utilize the same units I did prior. I am unsure why someone would pressure me into how much I need and paying for it. Clearly the body ages, and things can change on a dime. In addition, she got mad and had a tantrum. How does she have a job? She needs counseling for emotional regulation and anger management to solve her other personal issues. She seems like a shell of human. Jealousy? Sincerely, a former therapist.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The PA that injected our Botox was excellent. She was very gentle and the Botox injections were not that bad. I highly recommend doing your Botox or any injectables here. I will be back.

I would like to share with others the great experience I had with Dr. Banthia and his staff. I went to see Dr. Banthia due to serious issues resulting from trauma to my nose that I'd suffered years before. After a careful examination Dr. Banthia explained to me the damage the trauma caused to my nose and how it affected my breathing and quality of life in general. From the initial consultation Dr. Banthia made me feel at ease, he spoke to me in simple language that I could understand showing care and concern for me as a person. I felt comfortable with Dr. Banthia and his staff, and a surgery date was scheduled. Two and a half months later I can report that I am so happy that I had the surgery and specially thankful to Dr. Banthia for doing a fantastic job! Not only did he corrected the issues inside my nasal passages and now I am able to breathe through my nose but the exterior appearance improved. I am very happy with all aspects of the surgery from my first communication with Ana who is also wonderful to all the staff. Dr. Banthia is a great Doctor and a compassionate human being. I highly recommend Dr. Banthia to anyone without reservation.
