Dr. William Groff

I can't express how grateful I am to have finally found such an incredible doctor whom I can fully trust. The staff at West Dermatology has been exceptional, making the whole experience even more reassuring. Their support means so much to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Groff since 2019 when I had his Take 10 procedure done on my face and neck. Last October I had a routine appointment for Botox with him, when he insisted on taking me next door for a biopsy of a suspicious spot on my forehead. Fast forward to melanoma surgery at UCSD, wound care for months, and now a proposed scar revision surgery. I sought out a second opinion with Dr. Groff for laser treatment of the scar. He gave me my first treatment last week, and he is very optimistic that I will not need scar revision surgery. He and his staff are the best!!

In April I had the take ten procedure with D. Groff. The entire experience was wonderful from the caring nurses and office staff to Dr. Groff himself. He had done perioral laser on my face thirteen years ago, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do laser on my face. Dr. Groff explained everything and answered all my questions. I have had so many compliments on my new, younger look. Thank you Dr. Groff for your professionalism, expertise, and care. You are the best!
