Before seeing Dr. Fontaine, I had no idea I could feel better. I just assumed that as I got older, low energy, hormonal struggles, and general decline were just part of life—something I had to accept. Looking back, I realize how much I had normalized feeling exhausted, unmotivated, and off-balance. Prior to seeing Dr. Fontaine, I was in a state of terrible decline. After seeing my initial lab results, I was surprised to see what a downturn my labs took from just 3 years prior. Within 2months of starting bioHRT, I began to sleep and feel better. Within 6 months, I was back to the gym again and able to do the things I previously loved. As my levels were gradually restored, I came back to my old self. I'm 56 and have had severe inflammation and moderate joint pain, weight gain, reduced libido, brain fog and declining energy that has been increasing over the last 10 years. I was not willing to accept that this was my fate for the remainder of my life, so I found Dr. Fontaine via a Google search. Dr. F ran blood tests to evaluate literally everything and identified several underlying factors other than perimenopause. He also ordered tests to evaluate bone density, arteriosclerosis, heart health, etc. so he could devise an individualized treatment plan of lifestyle changes and medications. I've been on the new plan for >6 months and I have significantly less pain and inflammation, more energy, brain clarity, I'm 15 pounds lighter, have a renewed zest in my relationship, have energy to do my high-pressure job and go to the gym at night, and I'm looking forward to my next 40 years. My most recent round of blood tests showed improvements in every single parameter and Dr. F will continue to monitor my body's changes over time and make tweaks to my treatment plan. I'm am now a firm believer that people age more rapidly because their hormones decline --- and now that my hormones (and some related issues) are back on track, I feel and look younger than I did 5 years ago! My only regret is not finding Dr. F earlier so I could have started to improve the quality of my life sooner.

Highly recommend! I came in for lip filler with nurse Sarah and she did an incredible job! She is so talented and creates a beautiful natural result! I will definitely be coming back for future treatments.
