I can't thank Dr. Kassab enough for all her help with my skin. I came to her with severe acne, and thanks to her expertise, my skin has improved so much! First I just want to say Dr. Kassab is a great and knowledgeable doctor who clearly loves what she does and has a friendly attitude with her staff and patients. I noticed positive dermatology results after just one visit. Staff is also kind and helpful, with the exception of Sarah who works the front desk. She always seems annoyed and bothered and that the patient/customer is an inconvenience. She’ll talk to her friends and ignore you. Recently she gave me an appointment and day of she was perplexed why I was there. She forgot to schedule me and told me I couldn’t be seen. Then Victoria told me that I couldn’t be seen because Dr was out sick yet they were still taking patients. It’s upsetting I never received a courtesy call or have a back up doctor to assist. My advice to DR. Kassab is to hire a new receptionist who puts the patients first and does the bare minimum of their job which is to correctly schedule patients.

Always an amazing experience at the new 4606 mission bay drive location. Very reasonable prices! Ghada is the best and your staff is amazing as well.
