Loved my whole experience! From my initial call with Delaney to my injections appointment with Mckenzie, I felt so comfortable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and I adore my new fuller, but still very natural looking, lips! McKenzie is such a master of her craft. Her precision and eye for detail is unmatched. Love my results and can’t wait to come back! Sarah at the front desk also made me feel so welcome when I was nervous before my first time getting filler. Fabulous staff and lovely, clean clinic.

Austin from Hillcrest location was very accommodating and went out his way to discuss different packages. He made booking an appointment as a new patient a breeze with all the paper work that needed to be completed. Since all my paperwork was completed and my treatment package was paid for, I was in and out. The girls at the front desk of La Jolla were very welcoming and sweet. I received treatment from Megan, she explained everything and discussed the process beforehand and followed with aftercare instructions. Customer service was a 10, I definitely recommend booking your treatments with LaserAway.

This location is hands down the best! I came in for a skin treatment, and Larna was the one who handled my numbing process. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. We also went over pricing and new service options, and she made sure everything was clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Just started laser treatments after moving to the area and needing to bare my legs more now that I’m in warmer weather. HUGE fan of my LaserAway experience!! Starting with Lexia who called me after I caved to a targeted IG add. She was amazing on our sales call and just made me feel very heard and never pushed me to get more than I needed, but found ways to get creative and offer me more for less in my overall package. Booking was a breeze and I’m so thrilled that this location is the one closest to me cause I felt so taken care of! Unique has helped me with scheduling my appointments and rescheduling when I ran into a conflict. Janelle and McKenzie have been my nurses and they were both absolutely excellent! Everything went by so quickly and painlessly. They explained everything all the way through and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I was surprised about all the services that are available because I only had specific needs I asked about. But happy to know that they do it all, and with state of the art equipment, done by nurses who do this all day everyday. So happy with my choice to go to LaserAway here in La Jolla!
