Been a client of Dr. Welsh's for years. She is an expert bar none and also an excellent human. Her staff is also top-notch from the front desk to my med asst. Jo. All very competent and happy which makes for an excellent experience. I love seeing how Dr. Welsh and her team support their staff's education and advancement. You can feel that the staff feels lucky to work with Dr. Welsh and her team. That kind of stuff makes it a better experience as a patient. They also have every type of laser and type of skin care product. She's always up on the latest and safety/results.

Dr Kathleen Welsh is an inspiration. She has grown her practice to a level of excellence. I’ve been a patient for many years. She is a MD, taking care of any suspicious places that could be sun damaged/pre cancer. I am grateful to have her as my dermatologist. And she is amazing with keeping us looking young… The team there are wonderful, professional , friendly and attentive! I highly recommend Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology.

I love Dr Austin, she is lovely and a true specialist in Melasma. I have dark skin and prior treatments by other dermatologists only made my spots worse, until I met Dr Austin who has helped me not only to get rid of the spots but to keep them from coming back. I highly recommend her and everyone I've met at BACD.
