I've been getting regular facials for over a decade; here are the reasons this one has undisputedly been the best facial I've ever got: - Kaotour makes magic and miracles happen! She's knowledgeable, warm, personable and makes you feel good about your skin. She isn't one of those who tells you a zillion problems with your skin to sell different services or products. She genuinely cares and makes it a partnership to improve your skin together - The treatment and products are customized to your skin. I have super sensitive skin and inevitably leave facials with flaky, painful skin. Not today! Immediately after my treatment here, my skin visibly looked radiant, hydrated and healthy - The place is located conveniently and is clean and serene Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Loved my experience here. I do a lot of facials through Living Social and Groupon, and this has been my favorite so far. In fact, this is the only one that to which i have chosen to go back! I did the 50/50 Facial and Peel. Kaoutar is a great listener and correctly chose the correct items for my skin. It was relaxing and as she said, my skin continued to look better in the days following. The area in which this salon is located is also really walking-friendly with many cute shops nearby in which to browse. Enjoyed it and look forward to going back in December!

Timothy was a pro and had so much knowledge of skin care and product use. He did an amazing 50/50 facial and chemical peel that left my skin smooth. I've noticed a significant change in my skin since getting the treatment, and I started using a cleanser and makeup that he recommended, which are continuing to give me great results. I would recommend any friend or anyone with acne to visit Complexion!

I had a 50/50 facial and peel and the whole experience was very professional, comfortable, and enjoyable. The office was clean and cozy, and my facial was so soothing that I fell asleep a bit towards the end. The peel was a bit stingy, which is normal, but Kaoutar talked me through everything and explained each step, which I appreciated. She also gave me realistic advice about how to care for my face at home!! In fact, I´m about to book a second appointment now for when I come home for the holidays!

I loved the facial! I got the new client intro special. Timothy was really sweet and listened to any concerns I had about my skin. Gave me great feedback on how to maintain my skin in the gap between my visits. Definitely going back for more!
