Michael Echavez MD Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

I just had my lower eyelid surgery by Dr. Michael Echaves last week. I am very happy with the excellent results! It's already healing very nicely. Dr. Echavez is very gentle. I loved his great vision about what needs to be done for me and did it with amazing precision. The scar lines are very fine, minimal and blend-in natural looking. Dr. Echaves is very professional, with an assuring calming and mild manner. What I especially like about Dr. Echavez, on top of his wondrous surgical skills and his very reasonable fees (in comparison to others), is that he doesn't act or talk "flashy" or "puffy" like many others in the profession do as if they were Hollywood celebrities. Dr. Echavez is simply down to earth with the best surgical skills I've experienced over the years. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Echavez and couldn't recommend him high enough. And I myself will definitely be returning to Dr. Echavez in the future.

Went to Dr. Echavez for a small liposuction procedure under my chin. In our first meeting he was very upfront about the fact that the procedure would not make a dramatic difference since there was only a small amount of fat there to begin with. Compared with other doctors I met with, I found him to be straight forward, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. He also had good availability for both the procedure and the follow up appointments. The total process consisted of the initial consult, a prep appointment, the procedure, and three follow up appointments at 1 month intervals. I always felt very comfortable with Dr. Echavez and would recommend him to anyone looking for a similar procedure.

Dr. Echavez is hands down the best doctor I have ever visited. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable and actually listens to what you want him to do. He gives his opinion and options to consider in your treatment. There is no pressure to do anything that does not feel right for you. His technique has given me excellent results every time. I cannot recommended him highly enough.

I have been receiving facial filler injections for over 15 years and Dr. Echavez by far injects more gently and carefully than any other doctor I have seen. I barely feel the injections and there's no discomfort afterwards. Oh, and the results are great too!!!

Have had Sculptra treatments over the last decade with several different providers. Dr Echavez's technique is without any doubt the best. I have had several treatments this year with no bruising. What a relief.
