I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Delgado!!! I spent 3 years researching and interviewing Dr.s around the Bay Area, and I knew the second I met him, he would be the Dr. to do my procedure.I had some work done by a highly acclaimed surgeon in San Francisco a few years ago and my experience with her compared to Dr Delgado was night and day. He was caring, kind , and listened. The staff was warm and welcoming as well. I felt confident and safe going into my procedure. Aftercare was incredible. Dr.Delgado and staff made me feel like I was family. I was called regularly to see how I was doing. Dr.Delgado was available ANY time I needed him. I am So happy with my results and am so grateful I went to him for my surgery. I can not recommend him enough!-I had my implants removed, reduction, and lift.

Over the last 5 years, I have lost 110+ lbs. I have been overweight my entire life, and after losing so much weight and at 32 years old, I recognized that to achieve the desired aesthetic would require plastic surgery. It was clear that Dr. Delgado has a commitment to patient safety and their well-being. I scheduled my surgery the next day. In January 2025, Dr. Delgado performed a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation, and liposuction. Not only did he devote the surgery day to me, but he has continued to provide attention and care. He called the first few days to check in on me. He told me to never hesitate to text or call his personal number with questions or concerns. He met with me twice a week for a month. Every step of the way, I felt supported. Two months later, I touch my tummy, and for the first time in my life, I get to truly feel beautiful and feminine. All the excess skin is gone, and now my figure shows my weight loss. My scars are thin, delicate, perfectly placed. I’m still in blissful shock. The before and after is tremendous. It has been such an emotional journey, and I am so thankful that Dr. Delgado performed such an exemplary level of care. Brevity is not my strong suit, but in this review, I hope you move forward with Dr. Delgado. Whatever you are searching for, I truly believe you will find great results with Dr. Delgado. Dr. Delgado is truly exceptional. I chose him for my gynecomastia surgery based on his stellar reputation, and the results have proven that he fully lives up to it. Dr. Miguel Delgado is a skilled surgeon and clearly an artist. Face lifts are not a one size fits all and Dr. Delgado spends time examining your face, taking photos and reviewing the procedures with you in great detail. I had combed 3 counties in Northern CA for the right plastic surgeon for me and chose Dr Delgado for my procedure. In November, I had a lower face and neck lift and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’m 69, spent many years in the sun and I had a previous procedure, done in my fifties, that needed correcting. The before and after pictures are dramatic, above and beyond my expectations. His staff are equally as pleasant and all the paper work is done very efficiently. A shout out to Chelsea who always cheerfully answers the phone and is ready to answer any questions and concerns you may have. Nurse Carol and Liz were fabulous, explaining the procedures each step of the way and very reassuring during the recovery process. 10 stars for The Delgado Team! The value, expertise, confidence and compassion is remarkable. I feel more beautiful today than I’ve ever felt. To preface, I lost 130lbs, breastfed two children for over a year, and came in wanting a breast augmentation. Needless to say, my breasts was a complex project, but from the moment I stepped into Dr. Delgado's Novato office for my consultation, I felt at ease. From my first consultation with Dr. Delgado to interactions with Chelsea, his client consultant, and Renee at the front desk, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and thorough. Dr. Delgado took the time to explain everything in detail and was realistic about what could be achieved. I appreciated his honesty and the confidence he instilled in me about the procedure. I never felt pressured, and all my questions were thoughtfully answered that I booked my surgery within days of our initial meeting, and the process was seamless. I had my breast augmentation on 12/30, both Dr. Delgado and I agreed that 495cc gummy bear high-profile implants with a Strattice (internal bra) and lift would get me the look I was achieving. At just three weeks post-op, the results are phenomenal. Dr. Delgado removed my remaining sutures today, and I can hardly tell there were ever stitches—it’s truly a testament to his skill and precision. Dr. Delgado has clearly perfected his craft, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This experience has been worth every single penny, and I’ll absolutely be returning to him for any future procedures. If you’re considering plastic surgery, I can’t recommend Dr. Delgado enough—he’s simply amazing!
