I can't say enough good things about Stephanie!! She is very knowledgeable, patient while you ask questions, clear in her explanations, and delivers results. I've struggled with melasma for the last 10+ years and I saw a noticeable reduction after my second microneedling treatment. The studio space is well decorated, clean, and relaxing (every time I came in, I was served a hot tea, which I really appreciated). On a personal level, Stephanie is also generous, genuinely kind, and hilarious. From start to finish, I felt taken care of, and I would highly recommend Stephanie!

I’ve been to a lot of injectors in the past and Stephanie is definitely the best! She takes a very consultative approach to understand my needs and recommends a fair and conservative amount - my face still feels like I can have expressions and not too frozen which is what I wanted! This lasted way longer than other services I’ve gotten in the past and overall so happy with the results.

Extremely rude staff. They treat you like they are better then you. And responding to your response. So is that not parking for your customers? And now your are saying that it was illegal for your customers to park there? I was parked in the handicap parking spot. I am an Iraq war veteran with a disability. You saw myself and my wife walk to the front of your building and then back to our car because we were confused on how to get in. We stood at the front for 10 minutes talking even calling the phone number. Then with your response and aggressive behavior coming to our car knocking on the window repeatedly staring at my wife until she opened the door “Completely unacceptable behavior” deterred us from even wanting to utilize your services. You were unwilling to even listen to what I had to say even when I said to you that you don’t have to be rude you screamed out I’m not being rude and ran inside.

Great experience here! Annie was good at helping me identify problem areas without any pressure to do any invasive treatment. She listens to your preference (mine was for topical products only) and was able to recommend a regimen thats been helping with redness, pores, and fine lines. Which has helped. I only wear sunscreen and light eyemake up now- no foundation :) My mom also got microneedling and laser from annie and she looks amazing- literally 20 years taken off her face! I appreciate that annie gave her clear post care instructions and helped her through the process so gently. You can tell annie has a genuine passion for what shes doing and really wants to help her patients. She’s detail oriented and will go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of.
