Very clean, brightly lit and well run. You can book and modify appointments online. Laser staff are very professional and respectful. You can use the Groupon discount for the initial sessions - which I recommend. But only one Groupon is allowed per state. Modern machines give a blast of cold prior to the laser. (They do have other promotions such as buy five and get the six one for free.)

I was frustrated because I had already tried 3 different laser removal places and had not had any success, especially because I am black and not all the equipment worked for my skin tone and I had had bad experiences with burns. I received the sessions as a gift from a friend and I was completely shocked with the results of the first session!! Im very happy with the service, the receptionist and nurse were very lovely, because I was so scared of feeling pain, but now I'm excited for my second session! I highly recommend it, I hope I can pay for more areas soon!

I just had my first session this year and no one informed me that prices increased double of what they cost last year! I paid about $200 more for the same services I’ve had done multiple times before. I never received an email or call and never received notice from the receptionist BEFORE or AFTER my session. It wasn’t until I specifically asked for prices per area that I realized they had doubled in price. BEWARE before you get services done or you’ll be shocked when they show you the bill!! I’ll be looking for a different clinic for future services. It’s ridiculous they doubled their prices while keeping same machines/equipments.

I’ve been going to SEV for three years now and have always had a great experience with the nurses. The staff can be hit or miss, but the laser service is always excellent. However, I’m quite stunned to see how big the price increase was this year. I understand this is more of a company-wide issue, but knowing that SEV intentionally charges more for laser in the Bay Area vs. SoCal, the 2025 price increases are ridiculous. My normal $80 facial laser hair removal treatment is now $99? I’m struggling to see how that is justifiable when inflation has supposedly tapered in the past few years, and not to mention that the 2023 —> 2024 price increase was like $10.00 but nearly $20? I have a hard time believing there was any legitimate reason for this other than companies becoming greedier and greedier as they expand. A shame to see that SEV has taken note of all the other greedy companies raising prices just because they feel like it. Yet of course, in an expensive region like the Bay, I’m sure losing a few customers to price gouging is well-worth the ultimate gain they will make in the end.

I’ve had a great experience here with multiple nurses! They’re all very friendly and knowledgeable, and make it a very smooth experience. I’ve loved my results so far too! Will never go back to waxing
