Very professional and kind hearted staff and Dr, especially wonderful front office staff. Extremely efficient, saw me right at appointment time no waiting. Dr Ball was very kind, professional and thorough, Cancer screening is scary,and yet Dr Ball made it comfortable while still very professional. Check out was also very simple. Insurance was already in their system from my visit years ago. Highly recommend!

I've visited this facility a few times in the past for skin treatments and had a great experience. Based on that, when my husband needed a medically necessary Botox treatment—an alternative to surgery—we called here based on a referral. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete waste of time because of an appointment that was scheduled by this facility. It turns out that this facility doesn’t even treat the condition we came in for, yet an unknown staff member still accepted the appointment and scheduled it at another location within their company. Despite their claim that they left messages to cancel, we never received any communication. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff deflected blame, made excuses, and showed zero accountability. They refused to escalate the issue to upper management and simply told us to go back to our referring doctor. To make matters worse, no doctor even showed up for the appointment, which was still on their books. We sat there, waiting for nothing. The level of miscommunication and disorganization was shocking. Your staff desperately needs training—not only on how to properly schedule appointments but also on basic customer service, listening skills, and professional communication. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I’m posting this review for both the San Jose and Saratoga locations, as both were involved and neither provided any help. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely disappointing.

My visits are always fantastic with Dr.Michele Mak-Fung and her staff! She is amazing and they are always so helpful and attentive They take care of me quickly and efficiently. On my way out I scheduled a follow up appt. The staff member who assisted me seemed bothered of my numerous requests to accommodate the time I needed to schedule. Then I proceeded to ask about fees I was being charged for an appointment that occurred over 1 year ago. I informed her I had multiple times throughout the year and nobody had returned my call. She said well I wasn't here and the call center noted this. I infotmed her I had COVID and was not able to come in. Isnt your staff there to help us your patient or at least find someone else to assist me. Nothing was offered just attitude and unwillingness to assist. I would strongly recommend you provide your staff some extra training in customer service. And me a little sensitive of what occurs with your patience lives. Please call me so we can take care of this. Because of this experience my rating is low but once again Dr. Michele Mak-Fung and her staff are amazing!

I waited approximately 30 minutes before I was called into the room. The doctor came shortly after. I felt very rushed! I come here because I already had a moe’s procedure and was happy with the surgery. That was in 2020. They are a very busy office.

I liked the doctor but felt quite rushed through the process. I have a multiple of skin problems and if I did not give my questions lined up, I would have left without getting everything covered. I wish there was an email sent to me like in my other doctor clinics that detailed what was done. Do bring a notebook to write things down if you come here.
