Jennifer Baron, M.D.

This review is based on the front desk and not Dr. Baron. I have been calling since August trying to get an appointment. They have never answered the phone, or returned any voice mails. I wrote in via their website, and finally received a call back which unfortunately I missed and immediately called back. As usual they did not answer or call back. Today I called thinking I'd give it one more try, to my surprise they FINALLY picked up. I was told rather curtly that the doctor was no longer accepting new patients. The gal on the phone was incredibly unhelpful. I hope the that Dr. Baron is aware of what a disservice her staff does to her practice and place of business. I'm really disappointed that i wasn't able to be seen due to the shortcomings of their administration staff. I could have been seen in September and now am left to find another Dermatologist. Thanks a lot!

UPDATE: it’s been almost four months now. I still don’t have my meds. I had to go into the clinic today to ask their staff a simple question that could be done over a phone —- where is my med? and they confirmed the fact that there’s NO WAY to contact them unless I come in person, as they use some sort of outsourced call center. BEWARE! — My prescription was never sent out after waited 2 hrs for my appoint, then months after my visit and numerous calls to the office. One day, the staff finally called and just casually said my prescription got lost in files hence never got sent out.

Being with an HMO, it’s practically impossible to get the procedure that I needed done with most insurers. This office was not only willing to do my procedure, but they were very professional and caring. After two visits, I was able to get things done and move on. This would’ve been difficult had I gone elsewhere. Thank you!

Dr Baron is very professional, warm and very experienced. This is my first visit with her and I was impressed with her in-depth knowledge, patience and recommendations for treatment. I have follow up appointments and feel confident that Dr Baron will do everything necessary to help me heal. You’re in good hands. Once you meet her you’ll understand my confidence in her.

5 stars. Dr. Baron is a solid professional and also a friendly and pleasant person. I like her straight forward manner. The waiting time can be long, as it is with many doctors these days, but Dr. Baron was efficient and worth the wait every time I have seen her. The assistants in this very clean office are also friendly and helpful. I recommend this doctor. Thank you, Agnes H B
