I used Pico package here, after 4 times, I see a very obvious result, spots on my face faded. My face looks brighter, and younger too. Staffs are very friendly, I feel doctors are taking care clients from the heart. The facility is very nice. I highly recommend the medical spa.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at San Jose Medical Spa! I've been a customer ince 2022. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly, and their treatments consistently produce remarkable and visible improvements, I received the SOFWAVE treatment for face, neck and eyes today, and I must say, I am genuinely impressed with the remarkable results.

First & foremost the place is cleaned. Staff were very friendly. Dr.Chen was very informative about the consultation that was in for. I went for hydra facial consultation. I wanted to know more about like the process, the benefits as well post treatment and costs. Dr. Chen shared those info with me which was great. I also shared with Dr. Chen what treatments I have done in the past as well current RX that I am using. Overall, she made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure only suggestions what it can do to my skin. She also provided other treatments they have that are non invasive treatments if something I want to purse in the future. I thought it was great information to know. I walked out at my consultation with a commitment to do hydrafacial for the first time. I was happy about that since it was sooner than I anticipated. I can’t wait!!!
