Cassandra has truly made my skin new. She is very well versed in the knowledge of how skin functions and what your skin needs to truly thrive. She educated me on how to care for my skin and know what it type of products it needs. She also was able to tell me what products I was using that were actually clogging my pores and causing irritations. My skin has never been better and is truly glowing. Truly life changing. Paloma Wellness did an amazing job with the space and truly made it a 5-star experience. Amazing team.

I went to Paloma Wellness because I was curious about Sculptra but nervous about doing any kind of injectable. Dr. Ahearn was really gentle with the needle, but more importantly, her aesthetic is very natural. I had minor swelling after the treatment (which I expected)…3 months later and I can definitely see noticeable improvement in the texture and plumpness of my skin. I selected Paloma Wellness and Aesthetics for two reasons: I wanted to remove a few years of aging (non-invasively, safely, and without dramatic change), and I know Dr. Ahearn and know she would only offer a regimen that met my criteria. After listening to Dr. Ahearn’s recommendations, I began with an aqua facial to prepare my skin (Cassandra gave me the best facial I’ve ever had; got compliments on my skin for a week), then did microneedling (their technology has no down time, just a slight redness for about an hour). The results were great…lots of friends commented my skin! Now in maintenance 4 months later and very happy!
