Prestige Med

Four years ago I went to Prestige Med through a GroupOn and I have been a permanent client ever since. The customized fine tuned care you get at this facility deserves props. Highly recommend.

I bought a Groupon that they wouldn’t honor because I wasn’t a new client. They told me I couldn’t use it, after I had received Botox so I was left with no other option but to pay for the service (again). I would have gone somewhere else if I know this would be the case. Now I have a useless Groupon I bought and can’t return. They also postponed my appointment an hour before I was originally scheduled, and I still had to wait 15 minutes after I got there. The receptionist, Barbra, was very rude and unapologetic as she told me they wouldn’t accept the Groupon. I was so frustrated when I walked out of there. I absolutely will not be coming back.

Botox is working already! Thrilled - thanks for the perfect injections. The ONLY thing I will say is that the office tried to reschedule me a bunch and texting me to change the date after I had already booked my appt. Once I was in though, everything was great.

The doctor is the bomb! He knows exactly what my face needs and does it with perfection! Makes me look 20 years younger and natural.
