After expressing my concerns, I was promised that someone would reach out within 24 hours to address the issue. Weeks have passed, and despite this assurance, no one has contacted me. Instead of the follow-up I was told to expect, I received an email today stating that I am going to be charged again in a few days for services that have already proven ineffective. Not only was my complaint ignored, but now I am being billed for treatments that have done absolutely nothing. This feels like yet another empty promise and a clear example of misleading business practices. At this point, it’s beyond frustrating to see that LaserAway prioritizes charging customers over actually addressing legitimate concerns. If anyone is considering investing in their services, I strongly urge you to think twice. This company does not stand by its word, and my experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money. I have been extremely patient and diligent throughout my entire laser hair removal process at LaserAway, and unfortunately, I can now say with full confidence that their services are a complete scam. Despite spending thousands upon thousands of dollars and completing every single session for my face, neck, armpits, full legs, and Brazilian, the results have been nonexistent. All of my hair has grown back at the same rate, thickness, and coarseness as before—completely negating the promise of permanent hair removal or even permanent hair reduction. LaserAway heavily markets their treatments as a long-term solution, but what they fail to disclose upfront is that maintenance sessions are required indefinitely—something they only mention after you’ve completed your full treatment plan and start noticing that the hair is growing back. Had this been honestly communicated from the beginning, I never would have invested my money in a service that is clearly designed to keep customers locked into an endless cycle of spending. When I raised my concerns, rather than acknowledging the blatant failure of their treatments, they defaulted to excuses—blaming hormones and other vague factors, anything but the inefficacy of their lasers. It became clear that they have a script for dissatisfied customers, designed to gaslight you into believing the issue lies with you rather than their overpriced and ineffective service. Bottom line: LaserAway’s laser hair removal does not work as promised. The hair returns within weeks of completing all sessions, and instead of honoring their claims, they push you to spend even more money on so-called "maintenance" sessions. If you are considering laser hair removal, do not fall for the marketing gimmicks. You are better off sticking to shaving or other methods instead of wasting thousands on a service that delivers zero real results. Be careful and protect your money—this is nothing more than an expensive scam.

As I left the facility, I felt not only rejuvenated from my self-care experience but also pleased with the visible improvements to my skin. I noticed that some concerns, such as enlarged pores, appeared to be minimized shortly after the treatment. It was a delightful transformation. While I initially entered the facility as a model, I am now eager to return as a customer. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and accessible, making it a pleasant experience. A note for potential visitors: parking can be a bit of a challenge in the plaza. On my visit, it was convenient, but I have encountered difficulties on other days due to the plaza's popularity. Delaney spoke to me! I rescheduled the phone call consultation twice, but she was still very kind and polite to me and was flexible enough to still squeeze me in same day. Besides having terrific customer service and offering a couple of personal experiences with her services that she also booked here, she is very educated and very good at navigating all my anxieties. I signed up and booked my first session on the phone with her, and I am more excited than I am full of anxiety things to her
