Skin Laundry - San Ramon at Bishop Ranch

It saddens me to read other reviews, where people are disappointed with their treatment. I too am a newbie to this level of skin care. But, I feel like your results are also based on how you treat your skin in between treatments. I have followed my nurses advice to a T and my gosh does my face feel amazing. I’m serious about my skin now and I just wish I would have started sooner. I appreciate all the ladies here at the San Ramon location. If any of them were having a bad day, you’d never know. So THANK YOU times a million for helping me on this new journey. You all deserve it !! Much love.

This is a long overdue review but worth taking time to write cause I've just gotten back from a treatment and i remembered how i love this place. SKIN LAUNDRY IS MY HOLY GRAIL if i crave time for some self care. Been going here for almost a year now if not more and i must say, this is the only place that actually helped with my skin insecurities. I've always struggled with dry, rough and sensitive skin so I'm very keen and particular with what i put or do on my face. When I tried their signature laser, I never looked back. Also their in-house serums, cleansers and face products are of good quality cause again with this sensitive face I break out in an instant. It never irritated my skin so I’ve switched my whole skincare regimen with theirs just to put it that way. Consistency is key though. You really have to commit time to get your desired results and honestly I don’t regret it unless you don’t want a more supple, plump, glowy skin. The most drastic improvements was definitely skin texture, sun spots and sensitivity. On top of their great services, I always feel welcomed every time I go cause everyone in this branch are all really friendly! Very professional, helpful with any questions I have and knowledgeable in their products and services. Their website and app makes it easier to schedule too but normally I’d do future bookings when I visit the clinic just so it’s set in advance. It’s always been a pleasure getting my 15min pampering at skin laundry. I hope you bring some of your skin products cause I’ve always liked your face balm cleanser and travel sized products. Please bring them back cause girl gotta stock up!!

First time visiting San Ramon’s Skin Laundry. Entire staff was very thorough explaining procedures, protocols & setting expectations. Julie did a great job with the Signature Laser Facial & my skin felt noticeably different after the treatment. Will be doing the membership to continue the journey!

Skin Laundry is exceptionally well-managed, spotless, and welcoming. Sonia provided me clear, detailed information about the procedure, aftercare, and future treatment options. I had never gotten anything done on my face before so I was a bit nervous and worried that the treatment would make things worse for my skin. All I can say is that Skin Laundry is AMAZINGGG. Summer reassured me and made sure I felt confident. She gave me details about it all and answered my questions too. My skin feels so revitalized and clean. Definitely coming back :)
