Solei Clinic and its staff is the best! Edrose is very knowledgeable and gentle, she explains her procedure as she do it and it helps lessens my anxiety. I finally found a medspa that i am comfortable with the provider and it’s staff.

I would like to thank the Solei clinic staff for a wonderful experience. I came in for a Zo Skin Facial and it was amazingly refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend Solei to everyone. I am definitely going to recommend their treatments to all of my friends and family. All of their products are medical grade and work well with many skin types. They also have great promotions for the holiday season. Thank you Solei for making me feel and look beautiful! I can’t wait to return and continue more treatments.

Ed Rose and her staff - I had a terrible experience at this clinic after being lured in by their Instagram ad for a glutathione IV package. I made an appointment, but when I arrived, they were 40 minutes late. No one was at the front desk to inform me of the delay, leaving me awkwardly yelling, "Hello, anyone here?" before someone finally came out of a room. Edrose then took me to a treatment room but didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the delay—nothing to address the poor experience. To make matters worse, I specifically confirmed with the staff 3–4 times that the package involved an IV bag. Instead, they gave me a glutathione injection and lied, claiming the ad was for an injection, not an IV bag. Edrose even fabricated a story to cover up the discrepancy. This lack of honesty is completely unacceptable. When I gave them another chance and returned for a second appointment, I was called in on time, only to be told Edrose would be another 40 minutes late. Why even schedule appointments if you can’t honor them? After expressing my frustration via text, they didn’t bother to respond—not a call, not even a text back. The customer service is abysmal. I genuinely question how this business has so many good reviews—something doesn’t add up. If you're considering going here, think twice. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

This place is amazing overall. Easy parking, flexible appointments, competitive prices, and excellent services are available. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Give it a try!
