Terrible patient service. Can’t reach by phone to make, re-schedule or cancel appointments. I’ll never go back…

Denied two appointments from being under 10 minutes late. Doctors changing often, hard to align with communications. In seeking best sunscreen, was given 10 test samples, not helpful. Don’t answer the telephone, don’t call back. Worst medical office I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Clare immediately made me feel at ease. She provided information, answered all of my questions, told me what to expect and respected my decision to keep my initial treatment minimal. She’s a pro who is very down to earth. The entire staff was welcoming and warm. I highly recommend Luminous.

My grand daughter had a mole biopsied and removed- result was melanoma. Took over a month and several calls to get a referral coordinated with cancer center. Really poor office staff. This was emergent - when finally seen at cancer center - they got conflicting lab reports from dermatologist office and were really not happy about the delayed care due to poor office staff at Luminous Dermatology .

Several years ago, I saw Bryan Gammon at Luminous. When I developed another problem in 2021, I discovered that he had left and the clinic was under new management. I obtained an appointment with Kate Tadlock. I presented an atypical case that did not immediately respond to treatment. She was very persistent about sorting out the possibilities and resolved the problem for me. I now see her once a year for periodic review. She is a knowledgeable and competent professional who is very thorough and detail oriented. She explains things clearly and answers all of my questions. She is also very personable. I highly recommend her.
