I had a great time doing the Hydrafacial experience here today. I was going to experience this with my wife but she backed out due to work. I didn't want to cancel my appointment so I figure I would still go. Keep in mind if you set a appointment over the phone then they'll need to take your credit card info. They use it if you cancel last minute because they'll charge a fee, so you have to cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid paying a fee. They will also take your email so they can send you the pre and post instructions of the treatment like you can't use your acne product 48 hours before the Hydrafacial treatment. Sydney was the person giving me the Hydrafacial spa and it was a great experience. It was not painful at all because they just use facial product and a vacuum to extract the bad stuff from your face. I had a great time talking to her during my facial treatments and her recommendations on what to do to keep my face clean. She answered all my questions and was very informative.

Recently I had Botox to address my crow’s feet, a nurse did the injection. The result is very disappointing. After the treatment, I barely noticed any improvement. She did one injection on each side without doing multiple injections like other places I went to. The treatment felt rushed. The lines are still so visible with smile, it honestly feels like a waste of time and money.

Had my first hydrafacial with Stephanie and it was an amazing experience. She was very informative of the process and the steps to take after that cater towards my acne prone skin. Excited to keep getting more facials done and see the progress!

The Valencia location is awesome. Had a wonderful facial by Stephanie and Botox treatment with Christina, definitely the best injector I’ve seen in my 20 years of receiving treatment also came back for filler lips truly an artist. Will definitely be back.

Love this place! Christina was the best. Had my upper lip lines filled. She really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted with very little pain. She never tried to oversell me a bunch of things I didn’t really want or need, but gave suggestions when I asked. Very talented and I would definitely go back to her.
